It said it works with most carts, so I figured mine would be fine, but it didn’t fit right at all. Kind of frustrating, especially after waiting for it to ship...

The remote keeps losing connection right in the middle of a round, and it’s beyond annoying. I don’t know how this got released like this, but it completely ruins the experience. I can’t trust it anymore, and that’s on whoever thought this was acceptable.

I like the product fine enough, but the charging time is frustrating. It takes forever, and I feel like I’m being forced to learn patience every time I plug it in. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

I barely made it through one round. The whole thing just had this weird, empty vibe, like there wasn’t a real person behind it at all. I tried to give it a chance, but it didn’t really keep me interested...

I’ve been disappointed with the braking on my Alphard setup. Going downhill, it just doesn’t slow down smoothly and sometimes feels like it’s still pushing forward more than it should. I actually had to grab the cart a few times, which felt unnecessary and not at all what I expected. Maybe I got a faulty unit, but as it is, the braking makes it hard for me to fully trust it out on the course.

My order did eventually show up, but it took about a lot longer than I expected. The shipping updates weren’t very helpful, and I had to email around twice just to find out what was going on.

I paid way too much for this and it just doesn’t feel like it was worth the money at all.

I was trying to pick up a few accessories for my Alphard setup, nearly everything I needed was either out of stock or weirdly hard to find. It’s frustrating when you’ve already bought the main product and then can’t get the extra pieces to go with it. I checked back a couple of times too, so it wasn’t just bad timing. My gut feeling is they didn’t plan the accessory stock very well.

I bought this hoping it would be quiet, but the noise got annoying fast. It’s loud enough that it kind of takes away from the round instead of just blending into the background. On top of that, getting everything set up felt like way too many steps for something that should be simple. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

For the price, I was hoping it would feel more stable. I’m also not really sure what the next step is supposed to be if it doesn’t feel safe to use, the instructions or support options aren’t very clear.

The box arrived all beat up, and the packaging was way too flimsy to protect anything. My stuff ended up scratched, which was really frustrating. They make it sound like your order will be handled with care, but that feels like one of those vague promises that doesn’t actually mean much when it shows up damaged.

The instructions weren’t very clear in a few spots, I had to backtrack and redo a couple steps, and some parts just didn’t line up as easily as they should have. By the end, I was frustrated and it definitely took longer than it should have. That said, I’m hoping it holds up well now that the hard part is over

I reached out about my warranty and sent multiple emails, but I didn’t hear back for weeks. I kept checking my inbox hoping for some kind of update, and it was really disappointing to feel ignored after buying something I thought would be covered. the whole experience left me feeling frustrated and let down.

It works fine once I’m using it, but getting it in and out of the car is more annoying than I expected. It’s heavier than it looks and takes up way more space than I planned for. Folding it up after a round is a hassle too. I also feel like calling something “portable” is kind of a loophole, because technically it folds, but that doesn’t mean it’s actually easy to store or move around. Good concept, just not as practical for me as I hoped

The cart does fine on flat ground but once I hit a hill the motor feels a little weak. It still gets the job done just not quite as strong as I was expecting for the price.

It works fine for the most part, but turning around in tight spots is annoying. Like, really annoying. Every time I get into a smaller area, it just feels awkward to maneuver. It also feels clunky on slopes, and that clunky feeling gets old fast. So yeah, it does the job, but the turning and the way it handles on inclines are definitely frustrating

I get that delays happen and I’m not trying to be unreasonable, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. There also weren’t many clear updates, so I was kind of just left waiting around with no idea what was going on. For my actual order, it was frustrating.

Finding what I needed took way too long. Frustrating.
